Usage

As of July 2011, please try to use Help:Banners to pick a banner intead of this template. This template has now been replaced with a call to the Ambox template.

For older pages

To insert a banner, use: {{Banner|Insert your own announcement here!}}

Note: for this template to work using external links, you must define the variable/parameter: {{Banner|1=You can now go directly to the [https://www.intelink.gov/fed/idp/initiatesso?providerid=opensource.spid Open Source Center] using the OSC Federated Sign On.}}</noinclude>
