Help:Account bar
The Account bar is a part of USApedia's user interface that appears in the upper right hand corner of the screen when viewing USApedia. What appears in the bar based on if the viewer is logged into USApedia or not.
It only appears on the desktop views of USApedia, not the mobile (tablet/phone) version of the wiki.
Account bar when signed into USApedia
- Your username - When you are logged into USApedia, this link will take you to your Userpage.
- Notifications are broken into two parts:
- Alerts - Includes mentions, messages, and reverts
- Notice - Shows appreciation from the Thanks tool
- Talk - A link to the Talk page associated with your Userpage.
- Sandbox - For experimentation and drafting articles
- Preferences - Where you can changes your preferences.
- Watchlist - Shows you the most recent edits, in reverse chronological order, to pages on your Watchlist.
- Contributions - Should you all edits you have made to the wiki in reverse chronological order.
- Log out - Sign out of your USApedia account.
Account bar
The Account bar, when not signed into USApedia, will have one link Log in / create account. Following the link will bring you to the screen below where you can create a new account or sign into USApedia using your username and password. After signing in, your Account bar will change to the one above.
