Company overview

Headquartered in Norman, OK, CNI and its subsidiaries are experienced federal contractors with more than a decade of recorded excellence in contract and subcontract management. CNI is now a holding company with over a dozen Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) that operate as subsidiaries engaged in diverse lines of business including information technology, medical support, construction, aviation and aerospace technologies, business and administrative support services.

Several of CNI’s LLCs are SBA-certified 8(a) entities growing in federal contracting expertise while enjoying reach-back capability and support from the parent company, CNI. Our SBA-graduate LLCs mentor our newly established 8(a) LLCs and provide an established mechanism for growth and the continued succession of management. Over the past decade, CNI has supported four LLCs in becoming successful graduates of the SBA program, demonstrating commitment to corporate goals and the hard work required to successfully achieve them.

Our ultimate responsibility is to our sole stakeholder: the Chickasaw Nation and its citizens. Our goal is to continually maximize the return on invested capital through a steady growth in profits and prudent asset management. We have achieved this goal by employing sound management principles in all aspects of our business.[1]
