Let's call this format 'OrgArticle': I want all responses to be detailed below based on the provided PROGRAM NAME.  There will be two sets of prompts, one for a MediaWiki infobox and the second prompt for the text of the article.  Put this all in a box that can be copied.

OrganizationType: Specify the type of organization (e.g., Non-profit, Government, Educational Institution).

Mission: Two sentences statement of the organization's mission.

OrganizationExecutive: The name and title of the current head of the organization.

Employees: Number of employees; if not available leave it blank

Budget: The annual budget of the organization, ideally the latest available year with a note on the fiscal year if applicable.

Website: The organization's official website URL, with "https://" included.

Services: A very brief list of main services or programs, separated by semicolons.

ParentOrganization: If the organization is part of a larger entity, name that entity here.

CreationLegislation: The name of the legislation or government order that authorized the organization's creation, linked if possible.

Regulations: If it is a government organization, provide a list of key Federal regulations it oversees, if any.  If not a federal agency, this line should be skipped.

HeadquartersLocation: Coordinates where the headquarters is located.

HeadquartersAddress: What is the Headquarters address, as listed on Google Maps? If unknown or not publicly available, do not include this line
