It contains usage information, categories, and other content that is not part of the original template page.

{{Org badge}} is included as a placeholder in Template:New user page, with the expectation that users will replace it with one of the badges from Help:Finding USApedia badges. If they leave it unchanged, it displays a box with instructions for how to get a proper badge. If you don't want such a badge, just delete {{Org badge}} from your user page.
