  • Mission: Two sentences statement of the organization's mission.
  • OrganizationExecutive: The title of the head of the organization
  • Employees: Employees: Number of employees as an integer; if the exact number is not available, estimate or round to the nearest hundred and provide as an integer, or leave blank if no reasonable estimate can be made.
  • Budget: The annual budget of the organization, ideally the latest available year with a note on the fiscal year if applicable.
  • Website: The organization's official website URL, with "https://" included.
  • Services: A very brief list of main services or programs, separated by semicolons.
  • ParentOrganization: If the organization is part of a larger entity, name that entity here.
  • CreationLegislation: The name of the legislation or government order that authorized the organization's creation
  • Regulations: If it is a government organization, provide a list of key Federal regulations it oversees, if any.  If not a federal agency, this line should be skipped.
  • HeadquartersLocation: Use the exact coordinates provided by Google Maps when right-clicking on the pinpoint for the headquarters location, based on the Headquarters address (below); provide these coordinates in their full precision as they appear after right-clicking the map pin and selecting 'copy coordinates'.

Please format all references to webpages according to the Wikipedia guidelines for citing sources. Use the following structure:

For webpages: Author (if available). "Article/Page Title". Website Title, URL (accessed Date).

Make sure:
