- Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), responsible for facilitating the marketing of agricultural products.

- U.S. Codex Office - Coordinating U.S. participation in setting international food standards

- Food and Nutrition Service (FNS), which manages the day-to-day operations of the nutrition assistance programs.
- Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion (CNPP), responsible for dietary guidance and promoting nutrition education.
