Tips

  • If you save all or part of a workbook as web page, the files folder it create will have image versions of your charts.
  • You can hide the ribbon/toolbar by:
    1. Double click on one of the ribbon tabs - such as Home, Insert, or Page Layout OR
    2. Press the Ctrl+F1 keys on the keyboard.
  • You can convert multiple text URLs to active URLs in a column next to it using the formula "=HYPERLINK(A1)"[1]
  • Ctrl+~ shows all the formulas on the current worksheet
  • F2 shows the formula for the cell you are on
    • F2 followed by F9 converts a formula to a value. Then press Enter to replace the formula with the value or Esc to keep the formula.
