The '''Improving America's Schools Act of 1994''' ('''IASA''') was a major part of the [[Bill Clinton|Clinton]] administration's efforts to [[education reform|reform education]].  It was signed in the gymnasium of [[Framingham High School|Framingham High School (MA)]].  It reauthorized the [[Elementary and Secondary Education Act]] of 1965.
